AXIPLORERによるShear Wave Elastography

Shear Wave Elastographyは肝疾患の肝硬度測定には有用であり、カラーコードマップを正常肝の基準値上限に設定すると、ルーチンのスクリーニング超音波検査に組み込みBモード検査と並行して施行すると肝疾患の拾い上げに威力を発揮する。一方、進行した線維化である肝硬変の診断に有用であり、外来診療には必要不可欠な検査である。
Shear Wave Elastography (SWE) is a useful examination for detection of liver disease. The color code map of SWE can decide the normal liver stiffness. Thus, the abnormal liver and cirrhotic liver stiffness ca be easily detected. SWE is essential clinical inspection for liver.
