東レ・メディカル社マイクロカテーテル「Estram 1.7」の使用経験

Estream1.7は、先端外径1.7Fr.で内腔が0.016 inch（0.406mm）の末梢到達性志向カテーテルで、優れた追従性、視認性を有する。比較的広い内腔は、十分な造影能（flow rate 3.0mL／sec：300mgI／mL 105cm長の場合）を確保し、500μmまでの球状塞栓物質がスムーズに通過する。本稿ではEstream1.7を用いたDCB-TACEの2例を供覧するが、両者ともこのディバイスの優れた性能をもって、手技の成功を得ることができた。
Estream1.7 is a super selective microcatheter with 1.7Fr. tip and 0.016 inch（0.406mm）lumen. It has outstanding trackability, visibility and relatively wide lumen which allows sufficient flow rate（3.0mL／sec with 300mgI／mL and 105cm length）and smooth passage of microspheres up to 500μm. This article presents two cases of DCB-TACE in which Estream1.7 was employed. Both cases were simply accomplished with the maneuverability of the device.
