　肺動静脈奇形の経カテーテル的コイル塞栓では、流入動脈の密なコイル塞栓が血行遮断と再開通の予防に重要であり、特にanchorコイル留置後の内部パッキングが治療成功の鍵となる。Interlock^TM 2mmコイルは、高い塞栓効果とコイル操作性を併せ持つ細小径のコイルであり、これらの塞栓手技において極めて有用なデバイスの一つといえる。今回、Interlock^TM 2mmコイルを用いて、良好な塞栓を得た肺動静脈奇形の症例を提示する。

　Pulmonary arteriovenous malformations(PAVMs)are abnormal communications between pulmonary arteries and pulmonary veins through the thin-walled aneurysmal sac.Embolotherapy utilizing metallic coils for the treatment of PAVMs has been accepted as a standard treatment for more than two decades. A key technique for achieving successful embolization and preventing the occurrence of recanalization after coil embolization is to achieve the dense coil packing of the feeding arteries of PAVMs. We present here the clinical application of Interlock^TM 2mm coils for embolotherapy of PAVMs based on the experience of two cases.
