エラストグラフィによるケロイドの評価

エラストグラフィを用いて皮膚病変であるケロイドの評価を行っている。ケロイドの自覚症状や病理組織との関
係について検討を行い、ケロイドの活動性とエラストグラフィの測定値が相関することを見出した。今後、エラスト
グラフィの数値から治療効果の判定や予後、治療抵抗性に関係するケロイドの活動性についての評価が可能とな
ると考えられる。
Keloids have been evaluated by elastography in our department. We found out that the results of
elastography correlated with the activity of keloids which was assessed by the clinical and
histopathological findings. Elastography can be used to assess keloids activity that relates to the therapeutic effect and the prognosis.
